We do this through an audit process we call “Check the Fit;” working in partnership with organizations to find points of leverage that align them with their consumer base. In the end, we believe that is a service to the brands and the industry as a whole.

A lot of brands ask where their consumers are, but they never ask where they are as a brand first. Before we prescribe any recommendations we do a full assessment of where your company is in terms of diversity, audience sentiment, and also what your own employees are saying about your brand and practices.

Not only is our focus on giving voice to marginalized creators or color, but also brands looking to challenge the status quo. Our partners want to do good beyond just money, but also through their platform and business strategy.
